Nusa Dua, Bali – Prima Energy has officially signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for profit sharing with the Indonesian government for the Bawean Working Area (WK). This historic contract signing took place at the Nusa Dua Convention Center in Bali on November 22, 2022. The CEO of Prima Energy, Mr. Pieters Adyana Utomo, along with the Head of SKK Migas, Mr. Dwi Soetjipto, and the Director General of Oil and Gas, Mr. Tutuka Ariadji, were present as important witnesses during the ceremony.


The PSC contract for the Bawean WK is a significant step in strengthening energy exploration potential in Indonesia. Located off the coast of East Java, the Bawean WK is believed to have significant reserves of oil and natural gas.
